Because of demand, we’ve opted to create the best variety box on the market for our customers that value our rigorous standards in regenerative agriculture, rotational grazing and providing the best nutritional content that we know of for our cows. This is accomplished because we keep our cows on pasture 365 days a year, and make sure they are only eating the top of the foliage on the pasture. This way, they are getting the most nutrients and those are passed onto you in the form of a one of a kind great taste and health benefits you can feel. We believe that a sustained diet of our beef, along with an active lifestyle, will get results like increased energy and better joint health.

2 lbs of signature ground beef

2 lbs of a select cut (roast, skirt, fajita, or flank)

2 lbs of a premium cut (filet mignon, NY strip, ribeye or Denver)
