What’s a 12/12 grow zone you may ask? It means we are in an area of the world that has 12 hours of sunlight just about all 12 months of the year. Our special climate means that grass and foliage can grow naturally and abundantly all day, everyday and we can live in harmony with nature.

Because our cows are constantly on the move, they develop a higher amount if intermuscular fat than what you’d see from a cow in a feedlot.   2. Cows eating only the ‘tops’ of the grass and foliage on our pasture absorb higher amounts of healthy nutrients in the plants and therefore their meat reflects that as such
